"Wander Provisions is a returning home of sorts. After 20 years of working in every aspect of the food industry and in cities like Madison, New York, and Chicago, I wanted to create a space that reminded me of the deli and corner store I grew up going to in Rochester, NY. A place that provided delicious food but didn't take itself too seriously, a place of community and gathering where people knew one another and took the time to care. The extra layer of Wander is using this space to promote and celebrate the work of food growers and makers, friends and chosen family, that make Spring Green and Wisconsin such an incredible place to live."

By focusing on the seasons, we can make the best and freshest food possible. Our makers extend those seasons through a variety of preservation techniques, including pickling, curing, canning, and freezing, allowing us to work year-round with local and regionally sourced ingredients.
COMMUNITY FRIENDLY
We have gathered the best of what Wisconsin and the Spring Green area have to offer by utilizing the local foodways that make our area so special. Working with small family farms and local and regional makers, we provide our guests the opportunity to experience and support our community.
